The Project
The client asked us to redesign the KRYSTEXXA patient website in order to improve accessibility and improve user experience. The strategy behind the site was to allow the user to select where they were on the treatment journey from a drop-down in the navigation.
The Process
The first step was to work with the user experience group to create a design system. This system created a brand guideline to craft an identity that is unique, recognizable, and consistent between all possible touchpoints. Within the system is a set of elements that are used consistently across the entire enterprise website.
Once established wires were provided, the brand standards created from the design system were applied to the enterprise level website. This site includes over 25 pages.
The Results
During market research post launch, patients were happy with the improvements, particularly being able to choose what journey they are currently on.
